At KoKo Label, we have created three distinct cacao blends: Crunchy, Smooth, and Baking. Our blends are meticulously crafted, free from additives, ensuring they consist of nothing but 100% pure, organic cacao. Our blends are concentrated, so a little goes a long way. β‘
Our Crunchy Blend is our most popular. It undergoes a slow roasting process, carefully extended to enhance its rich and smooth flavour. The beans are gently crushed, maintaining their satisfying crunch while extracting the rich oils from the cacao beans. Tailored for crafting traditional Samoan beverages such as Koko Samoa, Koko laisa, and Kopai, this exceptional blend captures the essence of authenticity.
Our Smooth Blend - designed for the lovers of velvety drinks with a luxurious texture. Achieving an impressive 99% extraction of cacao oil from the beans, resulting in a highly concentrated product. this means, you'll require less of it to create your desired beverage. Beyond its perfect consistency for hot drinks, its finer texture makes it equally suitable for baking and blending into smoothies. Ideal for making traditional favourites like Koko laisa and Kopai, it's a versatile choice for various adventures. For those seeking a velvety drink with a thick texture, this blend is for you.
Our Baking Blend - In this blend, the beans undergo a gentle roasting process, accentuating their cacao fragrance. Subsequently, they're finely crushed to optimise the extraction of oils from the cacao beans. This exceptional blend is the ideal choice for baking treats like cakes, muffins, brownies, and protein balls, as well as seamlessly blending into smoothies for an added touch of indulgence.
